Our name, Full Count, draws inspiration from baseball—when the batter faces a critical moment with three balls and two strikes. It’s a moment of high stakes and high potential. Similarly, our mission is to support leaders who may feel they're one pitch away from striking out, yet still hold the power to knock it out of the park. We walk alongside our clients at that full count moment—offering strategy, encouragement, and the tools to hit a grand slam for their schools, businesses, and neighborhoods.

Full Count Consulting, LLC, led by Monica “Dr. Mo” Hall, Ed.D., is a purpose-driven firm dedicated to empowering educators, community leaders, and entrepreneurs. We provide high-impact professional development for K–12 faculty and staff, coach aspiring school founders, and advise churches and businesses on transforming unused property into vital and revenue-generating businesses. Our work is rooted in both excellence and equity - building up the people who build up our communities.

From grant advising and start-up support to 501(c)(3) certification, business expansion, and culture-building rooted in diversity, we help leaders step up to the plate with confidence. Our expertise extends to Federal Programs consulting (Title I, Title II, and Title IV). as well as funding strategies. We also provide Human Resources support, from crafting effective employee handbooks to streamlining recruitment and retention processes.
